The cottage is on one floor with a state of the art kitchen complete with stainless stell appliances, granite counter tops and all the amenities including a laundry room with full size washer/dryer. All new linens and towels are provided. The master bedroom has a king size bed where you can lose yourself in the new master bath with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and it's own bathroom. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, perfect for the kids. Each bedroom has it's own TV/DVD. There is also a quality queen sleeper sofa. The cottage sleeps 10 comfortably. Magnolia Cottages by the Sea community where this cottage is located has a seasonally heated pool and nature trails that wind their way throughout the grounds. There's a dedicated beach access fory your convenience. This quaint beach community is located along the Emerald Coast of Florida where you are just minutes from fine dining and shopping. You can enjoy miles and miles of bike trails located along scenic 30-A. Beach Buoys is just steps to the pool and a short 3 minute walk to beach access. Located along the highly desirable South Walton Beach coastal area between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove. |
